An introduction to NZSIS - How we contribute to national security
Thursday 18 November 2010
The New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) has recently produced a pamphlet entitled “An introduction to NZSIS – how we contribute to New Zealand’s national security”.
The aim of the pamphlet is to inform people about the role and functions of NZSIS in a general, easily accessible way. The pamphlet gives a broad-brush overview of New Zealand’s Security Intelligence Service and what it does rather than how it is structured. More details about specific work of NZSIS can be found in other parts of this website.
This introductory pamphlet is part of an on-going programme to improve awareness and understanding about what NZSIS does and how it contributes to New Zealand’s national security. It is part of our business to engage with relevant sectors of the community in order to highlight aspects of our work.
